Senator Dorgan’s New Site Launches
Back in December of 2005, I had the privilege of building layout for Senator Dorgan’s website with The Pod Project. I knew CSS-based layouts were the way to go and I had a few of them under my belt by that time. I didn’t realize until it launched, however, that it was the first CSS-based website in the Senate — pretty cool.
Recently, I had the opportunity be involved in the redesign project with CreativEngine. This was a great chance for me to test the theory that separation of design and content makes redesigning much easier. Aside from a few tweaks to the templates, it was a pretty smooth process. I’ll post more on this soon…
